1. The Information I collect:

The information that you manually provide. To fulfill your order, you must provide me with personal information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.

The information that’s automatically collected via third-party partners: Etsy, MailChimp, Google Analytics. The types of information collected here include things like what pages you visit on the website, where in the world you are located, what email campaigns you open and click, how you opt-in. Generally, the third-party partners only give me this information in the aggregate (e.g. it’s not identifiable to you) but sometimes this information can be directly tied to you for example when you sign up for my email list, MailChimp lets me know which emails you open and which links you click on.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3. Controlling Your Personal Information:

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can:

• Request information about how your Personal Data is being used and request a copy of what Personal Data I use.
• Delete Personal Data and receive confirmation of the deletion.
• Withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of your Personal Data. This includes my email list, you can unsubscribe or send an email to amanda@thecrazydogmom.com and be removed

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law to do so.
